Dear Smooch,
Thank you for being such a great sister! I don’t really remember you as a baby but, little kid McKenzie was C-razy! You always did things I never dared to do. You have always been the brave one. Thank you for deciding to cut your own hair in mom’s salon and NOT mine. Although you resembled a caveman, you were still a cute little girl. Thank you for playing “McDonald’s” in the place house. Man, I made you pretend to be so many different people. Ordering at one window and moving to the next so I could hand it to you. You were such a trooper.
I don’t think it was until you were about 12 that we actually started becoming best friends. Before that we would fight all the time! I would tease you and you would chase me around the house with sharp objects…good times. Thank you for loving me today even though I teased you so bad.
Thank you for making good choices in your life. Thank you for being a good example to your friends and to ME. I may be the oldest but, I learn way more from you!
Thank you for being so funny! I love coming up to Bountiful to be with you because I know I am going to laugh my pants off. We have so much fun together whether we’re playing our ukulele’s, making up new words (Vaughngaburshnahey) or making prank phone calls (“there’s someone in the house…hurry!” ~crash~) Thank you for being so creative! You are so good with a camera! Keep it up..seriously, you are really good.
Thank you for being my best friend. I know I can tell you anything (and I have). I know that we are just going to be best friends forever BFF!!! I can’t wait until I have kids and you can come help me change diapers and wipe boogers! You are going to be the coolest aunt ever! Thank you for loving me. Thank you for taking care of my puppy while I am living in an apartment. Thanks for being Addie’s replacement mommy. I love you so much for that! Thank you for making me smile and thank you for always being there for me. I love you.
Meg--Thanks for making me smile! :)
