Dear Erin Tate,Thank you SO much for helping my first Thanksgiving dinner be a success! You were so kind and patient while teaching me all the ins & outs of turkey cookin'. I love how knowledgeable you are about gourmet cooking. You are a regular Martha Stewart. Thanks for teaching me how to brine the turkey, buttering and separating the skin, and the best way to cook the turkey. You have been such a good friend to me. Thank you.
